    What is Laser Machine?

Laser machine uses its high temperature working principle to act on the surface of the material to be processed, and at the same time, according to the graphics input into the machine, it draws the patterns and texts required by customers.

    How are Laser Machines Classified?

Laser machine is a general term for laser cutting machine, laser marking machine, laser welding machine and laser cleaning machine.

    1.Laser Cutting Machine

Laser cutting machine is to focus the laser emitted from the laser into a high power density laser beam through the optical path system. The laser beam is irradiated on the surface of the workpiece, making the workpiece reach the melting point or boiling point, while the high-pressure gas coaxial with the beam blows the molten or vaporized metal away.

    2.Laser Marking Machine

Laser marking machines use laser beams to permanently mark the surface of various substances. The effect of marking is to expose the deep material through the evaporation of the surface material, so as to engrave exquisite patterns, trademarks and words.

    3.Laser Welding Machine

Laser welding machine, also known as laser welder, is a machine used for material processing laser welding.

    4.Laser Cleaning Machine

Laser cleaning machine is the process of removing material from a solid (or sometimes liquid) surface by irradiating it with a laser beam. At low laser flux, the material is heated by the absorbed laser energy and evaporates or sublimates. At high laser flux, the material is usually converted into a plasma. Typically, laser ablation refers to the removal of material with a pulsed laser, but if the laser intensity is high enough, a continuous wave laser beam can ablate material.
