During Production: If you wanna know what step of your machine, we will update the machine’s photos and videos of installation to you within the prescribed time, then let you know the production progress of your tplaser fiber laser cutting machine. 

Before Shipping: Your TPLaser fiber laser cutting machine will be adjusted and tested 48 hours before delivery, then we send the test video and pictures to you, let you check machine working precision, when you think ok, and you can payment the balance money, then confirm the booking vessel date and arrange to shipping.

After Shipping: When machine left China port, we will send all documents for your country Customs clearance: when machine arrive at your port, shipping agent will notify you to pick up your machine, and you provide those clearance documents to them and pay port fees, then can take machine to your factory.
